Adding Unassigned Work Categories via the Settings Page

You can add categories to your “Unassigned Work” via the “Settings page” located in the top right header.

  • Navigate to the “Settings” page in the top right header
  • Under “Manage Extensions” in the left Sidebar, chose “Unassigned Work”
  • Type Unassigned Category Name in the given field and click “Add”

Adding Unassigned Work Categories via Scheduler

Another way to add “Unassigned Work Categories” can be done via the Scheduler in a very simple way.

  • Navigate to your Scheduler
  • Click on the three dotted sign to the right side of the “Unassigned Work” cell
  • Select “Add More Categories”
  • Then just type the name of your Unassigned Category in the field and click “Add”
