At the top of each scheduler there is a toolbar which provides navigational and editing tools for the resource planning grid.
Resource or Project Name
Right to the name is a small arrow which navigates you to the selection of several features. Depending on whether it is a “Resource” or “Project” it will give you options such as Dashboard, Timesheets or iCal feed for subscribing to the user or projects individual iCal.
On the very right side to the name is a toolbar, allowing you to print, download or export data, search (which acts like a filter for the grid), change to a full screen view option, and scheduler customization tool.
Acts as a search filter for the grid. Click on the left orange arrow in the search field and check your choices.
You can adjust the filter’s settings to get multi-matching results. Select between ‘ALL’ (match all selected filters) or ‘ANY’ (match any of the selected filters).
