Hub Planner takes extreme care to deliver uninterrupted updates to the service, providing our customers with the most up to date security updates and feature set. From time to time, we may plan scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance means the service may have an intermittent disruption for a very short period of time. This scheduled time is usually used for large security updates to the database and infrastructure ensuring our customers have the highest security standards met as well as being upgraded to the newest features and code base.
Stealth updates happen all of the time unknown to the customer, so we do appreciate your patience and acceptance during our Scheduled Maintenance process.
