We’ve added more options to timesheet reminders to help your team stay on track—whether they submit weekly or monthly. With more options to choose from, you can now set the cadence of the reminders that best fits your workflows and team. Simply put—better timed nudges to get those incomplete timesheets done.
What’s new?
Monthly reminders: In addition to weekly, you can now set up notifications for monthly submissions.
Custom time periods: Pick reminders for next, current, or last week/month based on your reporting needs.
Flexible day selection: Choose a specific date, a recurring weekday (like the second Thursday), or even the last working day of the month.
How to set your cadence
Step 1: Pick Your Time Period
Start by choosing the timeframe for the reminder:
Next
Current
Last
Decide if this applies to a weekly or monthly cycle, depending on your team’s workflow.
Step 2: Customize the Schedule
Set reminders on the days that work best for your team:
Occurrence: Choose from the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, or last occurrence of a day (e.g., the last Monday of the month).
Frequency: Pick a specific day, weekday, or date for your notifications.
Cycle: Choose whether reminders repeat weekly or monthly.
With these options, you can tailor reminders to your exact needs— less incomplete timesheets.
