Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned developer specializing in Node.js and MongoDB.

As a team member of Hub Planner, we want you to contribute with your skills, code standards, personality and opinions, as well as being part of the team flow and culture. Our SaaS application is powered on AWS and is delivered globally.

  • Write test driven server side JavaScript ES6 code.

  • Architect and implement new features.

  • Refactor and optimize existing code base.

  • Code Standardisation

  • Implement features according to internal backlog, customer’s needs and handle product related issues with urgency.

  • Be able to switch focus quickly.

  • Provide accurate timing estimations.

  • Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve the product.

  • Work with Remote Teams.

  • Introduce New Technologies.

  • Be part of working with AWS Cloud Team.

  • Work with Frontend requirements.

Requirements & Skills

The following skills are required to be a suitable applicant.

  • Deep understanding about Node.js, NPM Modules and MongoDB

  • Advanced JavaScript in Node.js context

  • Experienced in MongoDB, including aggregation framework.

  • Building a REST API

  • You care about engineering practices like continuous delivery and automated testing

  • Linux Shell Scripting is meriting
