This week we are happy to announce the roll out of iCalendar integration within Hub Planner. You can now enable iCalendar integration for your account under Account Settings and start subscribing to your schedule in your favorite calendar program. This makes it easy to allow team members see their schedule in their native programs instead of needing to login to Hub Planner to do so.
There are 4 different types of feeds all available from menus within the interface.
Subscribe to a Resource Feed
Will pull down events that are associated with 1 particular resource.
Subscribe to a Project Feed
Will pull down events that are associated with a project.
Subscribe to Resource or Project Groups
Will pull down all bookings for all resources or projects that are inside the group you are subscribing to.
Under your profile page you can configure options for how you want the events to show up in your calendar. These options are configurable for each of the individual feeds you can subscribe to.
By Default iCal feeds are activated for your company. You can globally enable or disable these as well as choose which role can have rights to the different feeds under your role settings.
