Job Description

As a Demand Generation Specialist at Hub Planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective demand generation strategies and campaigns that generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align your initiatives with our overall business objectives.

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion rates, leveraging various channels such as email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and events.

  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and landing page copy, to attract and engage target audiences.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in demand generation.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging demand generation strategies, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements & Skills

If you would like to be a successful UX Designer at Hub Planner, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in demand generation, marketing automation, or a similar role.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different target audiences.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited resources by being self-motivated and working independently to deliver projects on time

  • Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders in English

  • Ability to discern priorities and constraints, and to devise appropriate solutions

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Experience with SaaS applications, especially within the Resource Management or Project Management sector is merited.

  • Excellent English Skills (our working language)

  • A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative is a desired trait you can display.
