Advantages of using an Integrations Platform

In today’s environment, its pretty much the norm to have multiple operating tools to adequately conquer and manage business workflows.  The disadvantage to this is having to navigate between multiple programs which indeed becomes cumbersome. By utilizing an integrations platform such as we have set out at Hub Planner you can have a much more seamless working environment.  The advantages? Time saving, hassle free, efficient use of resource scheduling and increase output and profit!

How does Hub Planner Help?

Custom Integrations

Here is where you can directly link into your Basecamp account.   Connect your resources and projects from Basecamp directly into Hub Planner.   Do check out our exclusive feature on how we have created a direct inline integration to Basecamp here.  Next we will take you through some of our Zapier creations amongst our users.  However, we of course always welcome your suggestions on what integrations you would like to see.  You can opt to suggest a new integration here or drop us a line at hello@hubplanner.com

Integrations

Zapier

What is Zapier?  Zapier is a software platform that allows you to connect your different software applications.  By connecting your apps of choice, Zapier allows for both applications to talk to each other. A super efficient tool to automate and streamline your workflow.  If something happens in one app, it triggers an action in the other app, this process is called ‘ZAP’. What triggers the actions and what actions should exactly be taken is all based on the rules that you set up.  Furthermore, there is no need for the knowledge or indeed use of any API.

We have provided a direct link to templates of our users most popular utilized applications such as Slack, Asana, Teamwork, Basecamp and Trello.  Click here for access to Hub Planner’s Zapier Integration Page here.

Also, don’t forget to check out our recent blog post on Zapier on how to connect your existing workflows with Hub Planner.

API

More so one for the developers amongst you.  API technology allows for the adaption of multiple cloud based apps that effectively streamline and simplify workflows.  Develop and integrate customized applications which in turn increases flexibility and the allowance of working from a new perspective.  Hub Planner provides direct API access via Github. This creates a platform for you to strengthen and accelerate your software development process.  Take a look at Hub Planner’s GitHub page here
